Jaron offers calm, respectful facilitation shaped by lived experience, long-term recovery, community service, a deep connection to the land, and a reverence for mushrooms.
Jaron’s path has included trauma, addiction, incarceration, as well as healing through ceremony, helping others and more than 13 years of sobriety. He has worked in the addiction field as a counselor, supervisor, and harm-reduction leader. He also has a long history of community service in Oregon through participation on local and statewide boards, committees, and councils.

He sees his role as supporting safety and creating conditions in which the client can have a meaningful, personal experience. His work emphasizes preparation, respect, grounded support, and integration.
